Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Terms
Payment must be cleared before goods are despatched. Cheques made payable to World of Roses (a trading style of Love4Plants Ltd). All orders, including ones paid for by cheque, are acknowleged.

Shipping And Handling Roses travel extremely well. They are despatched bare-root in a special pakcet containing a plastic bag to retain the moisture. Potted roses, despatched between April and July are packaged in a specially designed rose box, with the pot wrapped in a plastic bag to prevent any os the soil coming loose.
Postage and Packing
Our postage and Packing charge applies to all deliveries in mainland UK. For areas outside of this, call us for an up to date price.

Delivery Schedule All orders are despatched according to the date they are received. Under normal circumstances, all orders received by December 5th will be delivered before Christmas. Despatch of spring orders starts around the begining of March.
All dates are approximate, and depend upon suitable weather conditions. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown. |
| Credit Card Security We take your order details using a secure server. Card details are then kept in a secure database and not used for any other purpose than to process your order. |
| Guarantee Our aim is for our plants to arrive with you in the same condition that they were sent, always plants of a high standard. However, with sending living plants it is inevitable that occasionally probelms may arise. If, for any reason you feel that something may be wrong when you receive your roses, please let us know quickly and we will replace free of charge. If the plants fail to grow in the first 12 months, we will replace if the fault is ours. This guarantee applies to all roses purchased directly from World of Roses through mail order. We replace roses in the manner in which they were originally sent, ie potted roses are replaced by potted roses and bareroot roses are replaced by bareroot roses at the appropriate time of the year. |
